At the core of Brett’s instructional philosophy is a simple principle: training must fit the individual. One of his greatest strengths is the ability to quickly assess a shooter or student, identify gaps in performance, and translate complex skills into clear, repeatable actions that produce measurable results. This approach forms the foundation of True North’s emphasis on accountability, consistency, and real-world performance.
